This is just a work in progress from one of our fabulous always smiling personal training clients “”Barb” Her training consisted of 3x a week with BMBB (2 weight training days and one condition day) and day of any leisure activity that Barb enjoyed doing on her own (spinning, yoga, Pilates etc). We are very proud of Barb’s dedication and a weight loss of 20lbs so far. Barb tells us that everyone is telling her she is looking amazing and half her size!
