Training a minimum of twice a week with your coach is required, with three times a week being ideal for achieving significant results. For added flexibility, we provide extra workouts via our custom fitness app for the days you’re not training with a coach.

We also love these non slip booty bands from Amazon.
  • For Beginners: Just starting out? Kick off with light dumbbells. A set of 5, 10, 12, and 15 lbs should cover all your bases.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Levels: If you’re further along in your fitness journey, you’ll want to include heavier dumbbells—think 20s, 25s, and 30s. These are sufficient to challenge even the most advanced clients.
  • Space-Saving TipsAdjustable dumbbells can be a game-changer, offering versatility without taking up much room. Plus, you might score a great deal on second-hand options through the Facebook Marketplace. Remember you will need a set of two.

Where Do the Personal Training Sessional Take Place?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, providing the flexibility to train from anywhere with an internet connection. This setup offers convenience and privacy, allowing you to focus on your fitness goals without the need for travel or gym memberships.

What Days and Times Are Available?

Our team is available for sessions from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 9 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and accommodating various time zones.

Our fitness specialists will create a schedule that is suitable for you and will assign your days and times of training, to see you on a regular basis. Please note very often our prime times (early mornings and after work are fully booked with a waitlist).
