Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte

  • 1 cup coffee or 1 espresso
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – I prefer Kirkland (Costco brand) or Almond Breeze
  • 1/2 scoop of About Time Vegan Protein (get it at Amazon)
  • 1 squirt (judge for yourself!) of Now Brand Liquid Stevia (get it on Amazon)
  • 5-8 drops of Capella Flavor Drops-Pumpkin (get it on Amazon)
  • dash of cinnamon

Simply blend everything together  and add to your coffee or espresso – make sure you use the Now brand stevia it really makes thigs nice and foamy (I find this is the only brand that does this)!  You can always use ice if you want to make thing a cold treat.

Enjoy!
