TERMS OF SERVICE

Enrollment and Billing

All Build My Body Beautiful (BMBB) online programs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be put on hold or extended beyond the period paid for. No exceptions.

1. Custom Online Coaching

1.1. Monthly Coaching Programs: Our online coaching programs are billed on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By enrolling, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for a minimum period of three months.

1.2. Enrollment and Commencement: Upon enrollment, your coaching program will commence within seven (7) days. You may not place the program on hold once enrollment has occurred.

1.3. Prepayment Option: Customers have the option to prepay for three months in advance. Prepayment will result in a single billing transaction unless the customer subscribes to payments in three-month intervals.

1.4. Consecutive Enrollment: Interruption of enrollment or placing the program on hold is not permitted.

1.5. Cancellation: After the initial three-month commitment period, you may cancel your subscription by providing us with seven (7) days’ notice before the start of the next billing cycle.

1.6. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for monthly coaching programs begins on the date of enrollment and recurs monthly on the same date.

2. Virtual Personal Training Sessions

2.1. Cancellation Policy: Personal training sessions not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be forfeited, except for documented medical emergencies.

2.2. Session Expiration: Session packages have expiration dates based on the number of sessions purchased.

2.3. Exceptions to Policy: Exceptions to expiration policy include documented medical conditions.

2.4. Transfer and Refund Policy: Personal training sessions are not transferable and not refundable.

3. Online Competition Coaching

3.1. Initial Payment and Coaching Period: The initial payment covers coaching for the first 16 weeks at a rate of $1999 plus HST.

3.2. Ongoing Payments and Automatic Billing: Following the initial 16-week coaching period, ongoing payments will occur every 4 weeks at a rate of $549 plus HST until the date of the show.

3.3. Refunds and Pausing Policy: No refunds or pausing of your preparation is allowed during the initial 16-week coaching period.

4. Payment

4.1. Fees: All fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment or purchase.

4.2. Payment Method: Payment must be made using the designated payment method provided.

4.3. Taxes: Prices for our services do not include applicable taxes.

5. Modifications and Termination

5.1. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1. Data Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Confidentiality: Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

7.2. Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your participation.
