No! This program is designed for home or gym use with minimal equipment. You will need dumbbells 5-15lbs (or more if you are advanced), resistance bands with handles (ones that come with an anchor for a door or that you can loop around something), booty bands, and a yoga matt or a towel.
When does my program start?
Your program begins on the first Sunday after you sign up. The initial week is a Prep Week designed to set you up for success. During this time, you’ll get familiar with the upcoming workouts, diet plan, and daily lessons, ensuring you’re fully prepared to dive into the program the following week.

Your workouts are easily accessible through the My Coach BMBB app, where each session is clearly outlined for you. The app includes animation videos and step-by-step instructions for every exercise, so you can follow along with confidence. Whether you’re working out at home or in the gym, the app ensures you have everything you need to stay on track and get the most out of each session.
Your daily lessons are also in the app, every day you will have a short lesson and actions to complete to keep you complete to keep you motivated.
Your diet and all other resources are available in your “resource” folder in the app.
