Jill has been active her entire life. She was enrolled in dance from an early age and continued exercise regularly in her adult life. She has tried many different exercise programs and boot camps (in LA, Toronto and Calgary), but still struggled to lose those last few pounds and really tighten up her physique. Jill enrolled in our 8 Week Bootcamp Transformation challenge, attending our classes 2-3 times a week and following the provided nutrition plan. MD came in with a goal get in shape by her birth day. She has been working out her whole life, and considered her eating habits to be fairly good, but she was frustrated at the lack of results with a lot of effort. We changed MD’s eating habits, by providing a custom meal plan and protein rich filling regular meals and strategically added weekly cheats, which helped push the results! A training program was designed specifically for MD, focusing mainly on weight training and cutting down her cardio. She came in 2x a week and trained 2-3 more times a week on her own with the program we gave her. All the goals we set for MD we surpassed!

First Bikini Competition – Fifth Place (IDFA)
Sheereen came in with a goal get in shape for her first fitness bikini competition. She has been working out on her own for quite sometime, but needed a specific routine she can follow on her own. Sheereen’s eating habits very fairly good (she was eating strictly a paleo diet), but she was still having a very hard time leading out her waist. We changed Sheereen’s diet by providing a custom meal plan with lots of variety and specific macros to help her break the plateau. We tweeked her plan as needed, so we can see continued progress. A training program was designed specifically for Sheereen focusing mainly on heavier weight training, core strength and building her booty. Sheereen’s program was done all online with regular phone follow ups with her coach Ana. Sheereen took home 5th place trophy and looked amazing on stage!
