High Protein Oatmeal Pudding
One of my favorite post workout meals…easy and very tasty
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1-2 scoop of favorite Whey or Vegan Protein Powder (whatever flavor you like)
- 3 packets of Stevia
- Cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl.
- Add water.
- Place in the freezer to cool for 30 to 60 min.
- Enjoy your high protein frozen pudding
